Vata Features

Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are called Tridosha of our bodies. Vata indicates Air / Wind, Pitta indicates Fire / Light, and Kapha indicates Water / Earth.

Air, fire, and water from the grounds of nature and world; Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are the main grounds of body and health. A balance in Air, fire, and water energy gives us a beautiful nature. The same way, balance in Vata, Pitta, and Kapha gives us perfect health. Imbalance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha leads to ill-health.

They are all vital and necessary parts of the body. But every one born with a different combination of dosha balance, known as our Prakriti (Nature). We all are different from each other—even twins are born with differences. Today I am going to start a series of dosha features, and now we will know about Vata Features in this blog.
