In this blog, we are going to make Tikhur Cubes. Tikhur Cubes are healthy and filling food, which won’t allow you to feel hungry for the day. Without late, take a bowl and start majoring Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Tikhur powder – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Milk (full cream) – 2 l.
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp.
Date syrup (optional) – 2 tbsp.
Dry fruits powder (optional)- 1/4 cup
Coconut Powder (optional) – 2 Tbsp.
Dry fruits for garnishing – as per your wish
First, dissolve tikhur in water than filter it one time, Now add water into it and keep it to settle that remove upper water do the same for 2 or 3 times, till it becomes pure white. Now add tikhur in cold milk with sugar and coconut powder. Now cook it in a low flame, stir it continuously. Stir it up is extremely important for the recipe. Within 10 to 15 minutes, it will start to leave pan corners. Then if you want to add dates syrup and dry fruits powder add it, with cardamom powder. Now grease a plate and spread even it to cool it. Now, after one hour cut in shape, as you like it.
