Pomegranate (optional)- 1/4 cup,
Peanuts(roasted) – 1/4 cup
Chili – 2 to 3 (as per taste)
Ginger – 2 inch
Jaggery – 1/4 cup
Salt – as per taste

Take roasted peanuts; ginger and chili grind all together. Now add kokum, dates, jaggery grind well, now add pomegranate and salt make a very fine paste.
