Dipawali Special: Fruits Pan Cake

Yes, not only my look but I am also thinking about my house look, it should look the best. Today I have decided that I am going to share with you all how we can enjoy our festivals with lots of food and fun by maintaining health. Just we need to follow some important things like, start your day with a lot of nutrients and full-day you can enjoy and have your favorite dishes and the end of the day detox your body. I don’t think it is difficult for those who want to enjoy there all festivals can be Diwali or Christmas/ New Year.
Today’s recipe is for your breakfast, Healthy Fruits Pancake:
Pancakes, I love pancakes, it is so tasty and tempting and to cook it is so easy. You can use a ready-made mix for pancakes, let’s start collecting all the ingredients from your kitchen.
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup,
- Curd: ¼ cup,
- Milk: ½ cup,
- Cinnamon or Nutmeg powder: ¼ Tsp,
- Jaggery: ¼ Cup
- Ghee: 2 Tsp,
- Baking Soda: 1 pinch,
- Fresh Cream: ¼ cup,
- Honey or Maple syrup: 2 Tsp,
- Peach/ Orange/ Pineapple/ Apple chopped.
First take All-purpose flour, Baking soda, Jaggery, and Cinnamon or Nutmeg (as per you choice) mix all dry item well than Add ghee, lumps free curd and milk with all dry ingredients. Now after mixing all, take a pan to preheat it in a medium flame pour the batter into pan spread well and cover it for 90sec. and check it if it is lite brown from the bottom side, flip it and keep it open on a medium flame for the few secs and take it out of the pan and keep aside.
Now whisk the cream with honey or maple syrup to enhance the sweetness of Pancake, now serve your Sweet pancake with whisk cream and also with healthy peaches/pineapple or add fruits as per your wish. Pancake can be as per your likings can to soft or crunchy. That is completely your choice.
It takes extremely easy and worth of taste. After well served this fruit pancake with a morning tea or Coffee. I am sure you and your family can’t stop till complete the plate.
Tip of the Day:
If you want to make a hard base of a pancake than use hot ghee while making a batter and if you want to make soft pancake than use normal ghee while making of Pancake batter.
