Flax seeds and Palm Jaggery Laddu – The Excellent Combo.

Hey, it’s a new week, when we start the new week; we always think that this week should be better than the last week. We usually believe that whatever new comes in our life should be better than the current, but our Bone never fit within this belief. We all are going to be aged, and day by day, our bones are becoming weak, and we used to try to rejuvenate it. In the same way, one milestone is Omega 3. We must add it daily in our diet. The solution is to add flax seeds and palm jaggery daily diet. So, let’s start with collecting ingredients.

  • Flax Seeds – 2 Cups
  • Palm Jaggery – 1 Cup
  • Dates – 1/2 Cup
  • Fennel Seeds – 1/4 Cup

First, take a pan adds flax seeds and fennel seeds into the pan and roast it well till it breaks and becomes a little darker. Now remove from the heat and keep aside till it cools down. Till then, we will take seedless Dates and make pieces. Now mix flax seeds and fennel seeds and grind it well and make a fine powder. Ones it is done, add Dates and Palm Jaggery into it and again grind well till it converts binding powder. Now give small balls shape, and it works, it is excellent for joint pain.

How to consume:

Consume it ones or twice in a day, as per your need with warm water.


1. I prefer fennel seeds for flavor and Vata Dosha, additionally, it is excellent for metabolism. Some people don’t like flaxseed taste so, don’t prefer to consume flaxseed. But ones you add fennel seeds, you will love the taste and start scoring regularly in your diet.

2. Do not consume high amounts because flaxseed is hot by nature, and some may have an allergy to it. They may have mouth soul or sensitive skin inside your mouth or anything different. If you find that, then stop immediately and consult with your doctor.

Flax seeds:

Flax Seeds packed with nutrients, and high in Omega-3 Fats. Flaxseeds rich source of dietary fiber, May Reduce Cancer Risk, control Cholesterol problem. It is helpful to control Blood Pressure and a great source of high-quality protein.

Palm Jaggery:

Palm jaggery from Palmyra or toddy trees is the best amongst cane jaggery, coconut jaggery, and Palm jaggery. Palm Jaggery has 23 naturally occurring minerals and vitamins and is the only vegetarian source for vitamin B12. Palm Jaggery is rich in Iron, Selenium, and Manganese. Palm Jaggery is used in Ayurveda since ages to control Asthma and cough. Palm Jaggery is safe for babies, kids, and diabetes patients. Palm jaggery (Nolan Gur/ gud) is better than the other Jaggery if you happen to enjoy its taste. Palm Jaggery is far superior in nutrition content than any other jaggery.
