Fiber Foods


Today I am going to share about fiber. Many people know that fiber food is healthy, but which is fiber food? Today I am going to share the list of fiber-rich food with some categories. So without late, let’s start:

Fruits:

Strawberries: Strawberries eaten fresh are the most nutrient-dense fruit. It boasts vitamin C, manganese, and rich in antioxidants.

Raspberries: Raspberries are rich in vitamin C and Manganese. Raspberries are rich in fiber.

Pears: Pears are best in taste and nutritious. Pears are the best source of fiber.

Banana: Banana is rich in fiber, including Vitamin C, vitamin B6, and potassium.

Apple: Apple can consume as a salad. Apple also is rich in fiber.

Avacado:  Avacado is rich in carbs and healthy fat. Avocado is rich in vitamin C, Potassium, vitamin E, and Vitamin B.

Vegetables:

Beetroots: Beetroots are high in various nutrients like folate, iron, copper, manganese, and potassium. Beetroot can consume as a salad with spinach.

Carrots: Carrots are high in fiber, vitamin K, vitamin B6, magnesium, and beta carotene. It is rich in antioxidants that get turn into vitamin A.

Brussel Sprouts: Brussel sprouts are related to broccoli. It is rich in fiber, vitamin K, Potassium, folate, and antioxidants.

Broccoli: Broccoli is high in vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, potassium, iron and manganese, and fiber.

Legumes:

Chickpeas: Chickpeas is a legume, which is high in nutrients with minerals, and protein.

Kidney Beans: Kidney Beans are a very popular legume for fiber. These beans are high in plant-based protein and many nutrients.

Split peas: Split peas means dry, peeled, split seeds of peas. These are also fiber-rich legumes.

Lentils: This is the cheapest and high protein legume.

Grains:

Oats: Oat is a very healthy grain that is high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Oats have soluble fiber, which is very helpful for blood sugar and cholesterol problems.

Popcorns: This best fiber source for weight loss.

Quinoa: Quinoa has a lot of nutrients with protein, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium, and antioxidants.

Dry Fruits:

Almonds: Almonds are a very popular nut for fiber. It is rich in protein also. Almond contains fat, vitamin E, manganese, and magnesium.

Chia Seeds: Chia seeds are black and small seeds. These tiny seeds are very nutritious, rich in magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium.
