Spice Mix to Control Acidity

In this powder available vitamins C and E are thought to protect the body against the destructive effects of free radicals. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals by donating one of their own electrons, ending the electron-“stealing” reaction. In this alkaline products control Vat and Pitta. After controlling Vat, Cough and Pitta, acidity, Flatulence, Heartburn and Gastric disorder also controls automatically.

Bay Leaf (Tej Patta): ½ tsp

Black pepper (Kali Mircha): ½ tsp

Clove (laung): 1 tsp

Emnelia ribes (vavding): ½ tsp

Gooseberry (aamla/amalaki): ½ tsp

Ginger (Adarak): ½ tsp

Long pepper (Pipli): ½ tsp

Operculina Turpethum (Nisod / Nisotar / Pitohari): 2 tsp

Sugar (Shakkar): ½ tsp

True Cardamom (Ilayachi): ½ tsp

Terminalia Bellirica (baheda): ½ tsp

Terminalia chebula (Haritaki): ½ tsp

Mix All and Make a fine powder use it for Gastric disorder, Acidity, Flatulence, Heartburn, pH imbalance, Removes free radicals. These all spices are antioxidants, may prevent against Free Radical Damage.

How to Consume:

Consume Mix Spice Powder 1 tsp daily and swallow with water (for better results swallow with warm  water), 2 or 3 times in a day after meal.

How to Store:
Store in dry place and keep away from moisture. Do not consume if powder is spoiled.
