Hey, I am back with my new blog. This blog also on less time consuming and healthy dish. You all must be thinking that why I am not posting dessert dishes on Diwali time? I want to, but what I think everyone is doing the same thing. So, let me do something different because we can’t eat only desserts, even if it is a Diwali or any festival. We need some of the meal items to make us satisfying with the meal dish. It also should be easy to make because all of us need much time to spend with family and friends. So, I thought let me help you all to make some easy and healthy dishes for Diwali time. You can make these dishes on other days also and enjoy it. Now collect the ingredients for Sprout Veggie Curry.

First, wash your rice and make plane rice and keep aside. Now take a presser pan and make the condiment. GO with a step by step add Ghee let it heat, now add cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, and fry nice and add Mix Sprouts (as per your wish, you can use sprouted lentils), salt (as per the taste) and add water as required now mix it well. Close the lid and cook till two whistles. Now let it cool down. Once it cools down, open, and add all the veggies into it. If needed, add some salt as per the taste. Once again, close the lid and cook for one whistle. Now it is done, your recipe is ready to eat. Serve this with hot rice. You can serve this with Pickle and Papad. Enjoy your meal with Deepawali dessert.
