Vada Pav Masala


Hello, Friends today I am going to post Vada Pav Masala recipe. It is delicious and famous Indian street food from Maharashtra. It is very easy to make and very delicious should try at home.

Dry Garlic Chutney:

Oil (Tel) – 1/2 tsp

Coriander (Dhaniya Powder) – 1/2 tsp

Garlic (Lahsun) – 10 to 12 Garlic clove

Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ½ tsp

Sesame seeds (Til) – ½ tsp

Grated Coconut (Nariyal) – 3 tbsp

Roasted Peanuts (Phallidana) – 3 tbsp

Red Chili (Lal Mirch Powder) – 2 tbsp

Salt (Namak) – As per Taste

Recipe for Dry Garlic Chutney for Vada Pav

Peel the garlic clove and take Oil in pan once heated add coriander roast it till get light brown than add Garlic till yellow now add Cumin seeds and Sesame seeds roast it till seeds popped well and then add  Grated Coconut and Roasted Peanuts till it get warm. Now turn all ingredients in a plate and let it cool down.

Ones it cools down add in to grinder all together with Chili powder Salt and grind it finely. Now your Vada Pav Masala is ready. Store it well and enjoy your hot and soft Vada Pav with Vada Pav masala.

you can also use this masala as seasoning for other dishes and enhance the sovouriness of you meal.

How to Store:

Garlic Vada Pav masala stored in an airtight jar in refrigerator. This way you can store it for couple of weeks.
