Karale chutney is made from karale / Khurasni in Marathi or as Niger seeds in English. This chutney is famous in Maharashtra, India. The seeds are pounded with garlic and red chili powder to make a very tempting fiery chutney usually eaten with Bhakri (Jowar Roti) / Roti or hot rice. This chutney is also used as a filling for veggies like Brinjal, stuff Okra or stuff Capsicum.
Karale / Khurasni or Niger seeds – 1 cup , Garlic peeled (you may use less) – 10/12 Clows, Red chili powder (you can add more) – 2 tsp ,Salt – As per taste
