Raining season Indigestion is a very common problem still for these, we have a solution in our kitchen. We can do a very easy solution, but before that, I just want to explain in a very short way, what is indigestion? And what are the symptoms?
Indigestion is mostly a sign of a basic problem, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), ulcers or gallbladder disease, rather than a condition of its own. Also called dyspepsia, it is defined as a persevering or recurrent pain or discomfort in the upper abdomen.
Indigestion is an ambiguous feeling of discomfort and pain in the upper abdomen and chest, including a feeling of fullness and bloating, accompanied by belching and nausea. Sometimes, heartburn is one of the symptoms.
Symptoms: Bloating; Heartburn; Burping, GERD, Acidic taste, Abdominal pain, and Growling stomach
Now the solution in our kitchen, yes just collect three things from our kitchen, first is Fennel seeds (Badi Sounf), Celery seeds (Ajwain), and Black salt.

Indigestion Spice Mix
- 1 cup of Fennel seeds (Badi Sounf),
- 1 cup of Celery seeds (Ajwain),
- ½ tsp Black salt (Kala Namak).
Roast well both Fennel seeds (Badi Sounf) and Celery seeds (Ajwain) in a simmer flame, till crisp. Now grind all together. Make a fine powder.
How to consume: Now consume daily after every meal with warm water or as needed.
How to store: Take dry and airtight container to store spice mix powder otherwise powder can spoil because of salt and moist weather.
