Hi, everyone as I say in my yesterday blog that in this Dipawali we are going to celebrate with our good health. In this series, I am going to share a dish that can clean your body with a normal meal. Today’s dish is Spinach Koda salad this dish will detox your body nicely and you will be ready to enjoy your up-coming Dipawali day. So let’s start to collect all the ingredients.

Spinach Kodo Salad
Ingredients:
- Kodo – 2 tsp
- Spinach – 1 cup
- Beetroot (piled and chopped) – ½ cup
- Pomegranate – ½ cup
- Cumin – ¼ tsp
- Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
- Salt – as per the taste
- Asafetida – 1 Pinch
- Butter – 1 tsp
Wash spinach with salt water to remove you all pesticides and blanch it as like normally we do then make soft-paste now take a pan to add butter into it and all condiments one by one – Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, and Asafetida, Now add Kodo stir and add Spinach paste with salt give nice stir and add water as required. After 7 to 10 min steam check the Kodo it is cooked or not if needed add some more water and give steam again. Now your spinach Kodo is ready to serve. While serving on the plate just remember that all things should be in the even part in the plate. Spinach Kodo, Pomegranate, Beetroot (piled and chopped) should share the same portion on the plate. After having your detox meals consume a glass of warm water before bed. Now have a good night’s sleep and a smiley morning.
