Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes: 250 g
  • Onion: ½ cup
  • Garlic: 6 clove
  • Olive Oil: 4 tsp
  • Red Pepper Flakes: ¼ tsp
  • Oregano: 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt: As per the taste

Recipe:

Wash and steam tomatoes, then peel it. You can use canned tomatoes I prefer to use, fresh. After cooling down, add all the ingredients into a grinder jar and make a fine paste. Now take a thick bottom pan and add all the ingredients into it and stir it continuously.

Cook this sauce almost for 40 to 45 min. Stir it till the tomatoes start to leave the oil. Ones it starts to separate the oil to remove from the heat and serve it warm with pizza or pasta.

  • If you are using canned tomatoes, do not add much salt because it has already added.
