Hey, ones again we are going to share one mix masala with you and that is India’s most favorite dish in young and pregnant women’s, that is Pani Puri Masala. ‘Pani’ in Hindi means water, ‘Puri’ is a fried hollow ball made from all-purpose flour. This is one of India’s most popular and favorite street foods. Mostly girls do like this food because of that yummy taste.this dish is not only yummy in taste but also good for digestions. This yummy taste credit goes to all spices which are added in this water mainly mint, black pepper, tamarind and dry ginger.

Pani Puri Masala – Ingredients:
- Asafoetida ¼ tsp,
- Bishop weed(Ajwain) ½ tsp,
- Black pepper ½ tsp ,
- Black Salt 1 tsp ,
- Chilli ½ tsp ,
- Cumin 1 ½ tsp,
- Coriander powder 1 tsp,
- Dry mango 1tsp,
- Dry Ginger ¼ tsp ,
- Mint Leaf powder 1 tsp,
- Rock Salt as per the taste,
- Tamarind powder 1 tsp,
- Malic Acid (available in the market) ¼ tsp
Grind all ingredients well in grinder. Make a fine powder and store in dry container and enjoy it. when you want to have, no need to go out and search for the Pani Puri Jamming place.
To spice up the syrup of Pani-Puri ‘Pani‘ (water/syrup) for 100 puris, grind to paste, 2 cups of Mint Leaves, Green Chilies as per the choice, 1 Ginger and 1 Sour Lime juice. Add the paste to 1½ litter of water and Salt to taste. Add 2 tbsp Pani Puri Masala. For added taste, you may add Dry Mango Powder to taste.
Chill, strain and serve with chopped boiled potatoes, boiled black channa (Black Gram) and soaked salted boondi as fillers in the puris. Puncture your puri from one side and stuffed with delicious fillings and add pani puri masala water in it. Some people who are not able to eat so spicy, they do add some sweet and sour tamarind chatni (sauce) in it , which makes this pani puri more mouth watering. The ‘Puri’ is then eaten in a mouth full.

How to store:
Keep in a dry airtight container or pouch this way you can secure the flavor of Pani Puri Masala. Whenever we open this jar, flavor will be like a new and fresh masala.
