Kheer without sugar and rice! Instead of fat loaded sweets and cookies, serve your family this pure healthy dessert in the morning breakfast. I am sure they’ll be surprised and will love it for festivals.

Fruits and Nuts Kheer
Ingredients:
Almonds (soaked and peeled) – 1 cup,
Dry Dates seedless (Soaked) – 1 cup,
Milk – as needed,
Jaggery Powder – 6 tablespoons,
Cardamom powder – 1⁄4 teaspoon,
Saffron (approx…) – 20 strands.
Topping:
chopped almonds (soaked) – 1 tsp,
pistachios, chopped – 1 tsp,
Pomegranate or Banana – ½ cup,
Raisins (Optional) – 1 tsp.
Recipe:
Grind soaked almond and dry dates (soaked) sportily. Take pan with 1 liter of milk and boil add almond powder and ones it starts boiling stir it fulltime and add dry dated paste give a boil and switch off your gas, keep this out of flame and saffron and cardamom powder the same time add jaggery powder and stir this well till jaggery mix completely and serve immediately. Garnish with a lot of fruits and chopped almonds/ pistachios and raisins. I prefer to use seasonal fruits because as per our body’s seasonal requirements god has gifted those fruits in such away.
Tip:
· After adding jaggery do not boil your kheer, otherwise, kheer milk will spoil and your stuff will ruin.

- Almond is rich in protein and fiber, plus vitamin E, magnesium, riboflavin, calcium, and potassium. Also, almonds are a low-glycemic index food. Almond must add-in your daily diet. You can say almond is cholesterol-free, gluten-free, low in saturated fat, a good source of fiber, and off course it also sodium-free. Almonds taste like slightly sweet which everyone likes.
