Guava is a Winter season fruit. From our childhood till now, we love guava. In our youth, we use to climb in the guava tree. We used to pluck guava from the tree and later, eat under the tree, those days, years lived wondrously. I miss that a lot. Never mind everybody likes there youth time, I am also the one. Even though after having guava, I used to get cold and then also I had it because it’s so simple – I Love Guava. Guava is cooling fruit by nature. If you have guava with salt and red chili, you can reduce chances to catch a cold. Today I am going to share Guava health benefits. So, here we go with Guava health benefits:

Guava is the most luscious fruit for fiber. It keeps you full for longer and helps to lose weight. Guava contains sufficient dietary fiber for your daily requirements. Guava is helpful in the constipation problemFor constipation, you must chew and have guava in place of drinking Guava juice.

Guava is rich in fiber and has a low glycemic index, which helps in inhibiting the development of diabetes. That, as an effect of controlled sugar levels.

Guava is a rich source of antioxidants that neutralize free radicals generation in the body. The impact of it prevents the growth of cancer cells. Guava has a quality of reducing prostate and breast cancer risk.

In this matter I am so obedient, I got my one, where is yours? When I see guava light yellow and light green color I can’t stop myself, I can’t wait I am going to finish it.
