Navaratri Special – Part 2


Happy Navaratri to all.

As you know, the Navarati festival is going on, and everyone is now celebrating this festival in their way. I am celebrating this by sharing my all-time favorite recipes. Today, I am going to share one bowl Smoothie for Navaratri health drink. So, let’s start your day with a bowl of smoothie.

Apple Carrot Smoothie:

  • Apple – 1 Cup
  • Carrot (steamed) – 1/2 Cup
  • Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
  • Almond Butter – 1 tsp
  • Water – 1/4 Cup

Blend and consume with boiled Singhara.

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie:

  • Banana – 1 Cup
  • Peanut Butter – 2tsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp (Optional)
  • Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
  • Almond Milk or Plan Milk – 1/2 cup

Blend and consume with a slice Apple.

Panchamrut Basil Smoothie:

  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Curd (Fresh) – 1/2 cup
  • Honey – As per taste.
  • Ghee – 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar -1 tsp or As per the taste
  • Basil – 1/4 cup

Blend and consume with Dry Nuts.

Banana Panchamrut Smoothie:

  • Banana – 1/2 cup
  • Coconut – 1/4 cup
  • Panchamrut – 1/2 cup

(Panchamrut as mentioned above except Basil)

Blend and consume with Dates.

Raisins Coconut Smoothie:

  • Raisins – 1/4 Cup
  • Coconut – 1/3 Cup
  • Milk – 1/2 Cup
  • Fresh Rose Petals – 1 Rose
  • Or Rose Essence – 2 Drops

Blend and consume with Boiled Singhara.

Carrot Smoothie:

  • Carrot – 1/2 Cup
  • Milk – 1/2 Cup
  • Dates – 1/4 Cup

Blend and consume with Pineapple Slice.

Raisins Carrot Smoothie:

  • Raisins – 1/4 Cup
  • Carrot – 1/2 Cup
  • Peanut Butter – 1 tsp
  • Milk – 1/2 Cup

Blend and consume with Slice Apple.

Apple Coconut Milk Smoothie:

  • Apple – 1/2 cup
  • Coconut Milk (First squeeze) – 1 Cup
  • Honey – 2 tsp

Blend and consume with Slice Papaya.

Raisins Chia Smoothie:

  • Soaked Raisins- 1/2 Cup
  • Soaked Rajgira – 1/4 Cup
  • Soaked Chia seeds – 2 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence – 2 Drops
  • Honey – 2 tsp
  • Milk – 1/2 Cup

Blend and Consume with a ripe banana.
