Healthy Coconut Milk Dessert

Happy Diwali to all, today I am going to share a dessert recipe that you can have in breakfast or can serve in Diwali party to your guests which is not only healthy but made with all wholesome ingredients dates, coconut milk, peanuts, and bananas in these there is no added sugar no dairy excellent idea. Now go to the kitchen and collect all the items I guarantee you can’t stop your hands till finish.

  • Coconut milk – 1 ½ cups,
  • Bananas – 3,
  • Dates (seedless) – 6,
  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ Tsp,
  • Roasted Peanuts – ¼ cup.


Take coconut milk, dates, bananas, and cinnamon into a blender and blend until smooth serve. Garnish with roasted peanuts and chopped banana. In this recipe, coconut and cinnamon complement each other and banana and roasted peanut complement each other. Its unique combo dessert quite tries it.
