Gooseberry: Aamla in Hindi


Hey, all today, we going to know about our seasonal fruit  Gooseberry. Gooseberries are a small, round to transversely spherical shape, and have a light green color. In the winter session in India, the market is full of gooseberries. Fresh gooseberries taste like sweet-sour. Gooseberry’s outer layer is so smooth, and fruit veins are explicit. Aamla is exceptionally high in antioxidants and Vitamin C, the same reason these are highly acidic.

Gooseberries are low in calories; it has a lot of health benefits against cancer, aging, inflammation, and neurological diseases.

Gooseberries are pretty good in antioxidant values. Gooseberries own good oxygen radical absorbance capacity.

Gooseberries are a good source of Vitamin C. It can fulfill you 46% of daily recommended intake value of vitamin C. We all know high Vitamin C foods are good for developing immunity power against infectious agents and help scavenge harmful oxygen radicals from the human body. Vitamin C is also working great for clean and bright skin.

Gooseberries are having less amount of Vitamin A as compared to Vitamin C. Vitamin A is required for maintaining the integrity of mucosa, skin, and eyes in our body.

Gooseberries are containing some amount of Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-5, Vitamin B-1. To maintaining metabolism properly, we required these vitamins.
