Hey, all today, we going to know about our seasonal fruit Gooseberry. Gooseberries are a small, round to transversely spherical shape, and have a light green color. In the winter season in India, the market is full of gooseberries. Fresh gooseberries taste like sweet-sour. Gooseberry’s outer layer is so smooth, and fruit veins are explicit. Aamla is exceptionally high in antioxidants and Vitamin C, the same reason these are highly acidic.
