Healthy balls for breakfast sweets:

In the morning people use to be very busy but the family wanted to have something different breakfast. So, don’t worry I am going to solve this problem with an extremely quick and easy to make energy balls to keep you fueled for your day and delicious too. You will go mad with the taste of your homemade balls and you also won’t worry about their health because you are going to serve very wholesome balls (laddoo).

  • Coconut shredded – 1 Cup
  • Almonds (soaked) – ¼ Cup
  • Dates (soaked) – ½ Cup
  • Cinnamon – ½ tsp
  • Cardamom – ½ tsp
  • Ginger – 2 thin coins  
  • Salt (Optional) – ¼ tsp

Topping: Anyone

  • Poppy seeds (roasted) – ¼ Cup
  • Coconut (shredded) – ¼ Cup


To prepare the balls, take all ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach a moldable consistency. Shape this mixture into small balls. Roll the balls into toppings of your choice I am going to use shredded coconut you do as per, you or your family choice. Place all the balls in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 hours, and enjoy whenever you want. These balls are too tasty and healthy and make you feel for a long.

Note: As we all know in winters, we all feel to have something different but healthy food. We all searching, food which makes you feel energies all the time and keep your body warm that is why with Cardamom, we also use a Cinnamon and Ginger flavor that is hot by nature. Cinnamon also makes your brain awaken and detox your body. Liver patients must not consume cinnamon for more details can refer to the link.
