Saffron – A hot spice…
Hey all, today we are going to know about saffron. Its winter session and everyone wants some hot drinks it be by nature or by temperate. Saffron is used in many dishes in all the cuisine all over the world. These dishes can be sweet or spicy. Saffron by nature it is hot, we used to use in most winter dishes like pulao, biryani ( veg or nonveg), mix herbs and spices, Kesar milk, kahva or Kahwah, these all are very fewer names saffron dishes are like you name it and I add it. There are many ayurvedic remedies in that we used to use saffron like chyawanprash and so on.
Saffron is high in vitamin C, A, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, and vitamin B-6, sodium. Saffron contains protein in a sufficient quantity. In different health conditions saffron is used in many ways, such as given below:
Antidepressant properties: Termed as a sunshine spice, saffron may help treat depressive symptoms patients.
Skin Health: Antioxidants in saffron has anti-aging properties and may help keep skin supple and radiant. Saffron has antibacterial properties and may be very beneficial in reducing acne.
Heart Healthy: It is rich in potassium, which may play a key element in maintaining a healthy heart.

Menstrual Cramps : Saffron by nature is hot and contains magnesium that is good to get relief from these menstrual cramps problems.
