Yes, you can feel this, if you have time, to spend with nature. If you don’t have time, then you can find this nature’s love in your daily routine. The vegetable market is the place where you can notice that love and share it with your near and dear ones. Nowadays, a lot for fruits we can see in the market in that one is Custard Apple.  Today I am going to share Custard Apple hot drink that is very healthy and delicious too. So, let’s start Custard Apple hot and healthy drink.

  • Milk – 1 ½ Cup
  • Mawa – ¼ Cup
  • Dates (Seedless) – ¼ Cup
  • Custard Apple – 1 Cup
  • Almond Powder – 2 tsp
  • Dry Fruits – to Garnish
  • Saffron– A Pinch of Threads

First of all, do all the preparations slice the dated, separate custard apple pulp, soak saffron, crush mawa, and start. Take a pan, add milk boil it for the first boil, add mawa and date, stir it continuously. Otherwise, your drink taste and flavor will be bitter, and that won’t be nice. Let it boil for 5 min. Now add almond powder and switch the flame, add saffron and stir it for 2 to 3 min. Now its time to serve.

While serving the first add custard apple, and then add some hot milk mix, which we have prepared. Garnish with dry fruits, dated, and custard apple. Serve hot and admire the winter’s freezing breeze. Hold hot cups in your hands and think about how much nature serve and love you daily.

We need to pass, that respect back to nature, by planting at list one tree, to feed the future.

Custard Apple can store in a basked for 4 to 5 days if unripe. If it is ripe then, it must not keep outside. If you don’t want to use it immediately then, you must store the clean pulp in the freezer.

    • Hi Carol, Sorry for the delayed replay. Mava/ Mawa / Khoya / khova all are the same but that is not a fruit. Mawa is prepared by simmering full-fat milk in an iron frying pan for a couple of hours over a medium flame. Increasing vaporization of water content converts milk into coagulated solids: A product called Mawa. In English, Mawa is called reduced dry milk or whole dry milk. Hope you got an idea.
