Pumpkin is broadly used by Europeans, The USA, Australia, Africa, and Caribbeans, But less valued on Britain. Pumpkin used to use in many cuisines in India we use, pumpkin in salty, spicy, and also sweet dishes. Today, I am going to share one sweet dish that very easy and delicious.
Ingredients:
- Red Pumpkin (Peeled and grated) – 3 Cups
- Jaggery Powder – 1 Cup
- Green Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- Dryfruits – 1/4 cup
- Ghee – 1 tsp
Now begin with the steaming that pumpkin and ones steamed it nicely turn into the pan and add jaggery stir it continuously till it becomes a semi-hard dough while stirring add green cardamom into it and remove it from the flame. Now make a rush and grease one plate, to flatten perfectly cooked Pumpkin mixture and make it smooth while flattening the batter add ghee on the top just for the final polish. If you are excited to add dry fruits, you can add while cooking also on the tip as garnishing. Give it cube shape and serve. It is so tasty, and you can’t stop eating until you finish it.
