Hey, today we are going to share a walnut lassi for Navratri Fasting.
This recipe is highly nutritious and feels you full for a long time. Walnuts are high in omega-3 fatty acids and also a good source of protein. However, they are compact in nutrients and heart-healthy fats. The combination of healthy fats, protein, and fiber in walnuts helps to increase satisfaction and fullness.
- Walnut 4 to 6,
- Banana(fully ripe) 1,
- Cinnamon 1 pinch,
- Almond 3 to 4,
- Curd 1/4 cup,
- Milk 1/2 Cup,
- Honey (Optional) 1 tsp.
Mix all walnut, Banana, Curd, and Milk Grind well and serve with the decoration of Almond and cinnamon. Honey is optional some people don’t like walnuts and honey together. So, if you don’t like honey with walnut than avoid adding honey. Your lassi is already sweetened with Banana.
To make lassi, with different flowers find your favorite fruit and do some experiments with. You can use apple, papaya or sweet potato in place of banana.
